Life in Lazy YU
Welcome to Lazy YU Ranch, Phase II, a 2,847 acre residential/ranch community of site built homes and small ranches. Living in the Lazy YU Ranch is a lifestyle of fresh air and open spaces. Lazy YU Ranch is located in one of Kingman's most coveted locations with gorgeous views of the Hualapai Mountains. Lazy YU is surrounded by the rugged beauty and ideal weather of the Mohave Desert, yet within minutes to downtown shopping and hospitals. And, while snow is rare during the winter, there are some days that the ranch looks like a winter wonderland.
All property owners in Lazy YU Phase II are automatically members of the Lazy YU Ranch Phase II Property Owners' Association, Inc and are subject to the Ranch's CC&R's and Bylaws. Property Owners pay a yearly assessment fee which is used to provide general liability insurance, enforce our CC&R's and privately maintain approx 10 miles of dirt roads. Mohave County does maintain & improve approx 5.2 miles of the roads on the ranch.

MOST OWNERS DO NOT LIVE ON THE RANCH AND DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON, EXCEPT FOR LETTERS FROM BOARD MEMBERS. THIS SITE HAS A SECTION FOR THE BOARD TO KEEP YOU INFORMED OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING ON YOUR BEHALF. IT ALSO HAS A SECTION FOR PROPERTY OWNERS TO VOICE THE OPINIONS AND IDEAS THAT THEY HAVE FOR THE RANCH. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOMETHING DONE, EMAIL YOUR IDEAS TO US AND I WILL POST THEM ON THE MEMBERS PAGE. WE WILL NOT POST ANYTHING THAT IS NOT SIGNED BY A MEMBER. IF YOU FEEL STRONGLY ABOUT SOMETHING AND WANT OTHERS TO KNOW HOW YOU FEEL OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW OTHERS FEEL, LETTING EVERYONE KNOW WHO YOU ARE IS IMPORTANT.
