The roads were reported graded by Mohave County on March 13, 2012.

On March 16, 2012, Ted Cook graded the rest of the roads starting with Lawman.

Lazy YU Road Maintenance

On September 20, 2010 the Mohave County Board of Supervisors voted to accept into the Mohave County Road Maintenance System, Lazy YU Drive from Lawman to Blackthorn Lane 500 feet before the bridge and Tomahawk Drive from Wrangler Way to Drift Stone Lane 500 feet before the bridge.  Approximately 1.8 miles.

On February 7, 2011 the Mohave County Board of Supervisors voted to accept into the Mohave County Road Maintenance System:  1) 1.7 miles of Chuckwagon Drive from Tomahawk Drive to Bandit Lane;  2)1.1 miles of Bandit Lane from Chuckwagon Drive; and   3) .6 miles of Bandit Drive from Bandit Lane to Chuckwagon Drive.

Mohave County will be responsible for grading and repairing on those designated roads.  They will regularly grade them on a 10 to 12 week schedule.  It also means that Mohave County is responsible for the repair and replacement of any signs on those roads.

In addition, the board has contracted with Ted Cook of TLC to grade, maintain and repair the remaining roads at least 4 times a year.
